It is officially campaign season!

All Republicans who have filed for 2019 municipal election and those who have announced their candidacy for the 2020 election cycle are welcome to speak at our two upcoming general meetings. Please contact Anita Brown to schedule your time on the agenda.

Members, please come out and hear what these candidates can bring to their respective seats. Some of these municipal election seats have multiple Republicans running for the same seat. This is an opportunity to choose the best Republican for the seat. As a reminder, below is the list of Republicans that will be featured on the upcoming municipal ballots.

Special Guests: 
This will be the opportunity for the candidates to have a few minutes on the agenda to explain why we all should be voting for them. Come out and meet these candidates that have taken that step to have their name on the ballot.

Cabarrus County Fair
Volunteers are needed to staff the Republican Party's fair booth and to assist with our voter registration drive. Candidates for office in 2019 and 2020 are welcome to use the booth for voter outreach.

The Cabarrus County Republican Men would like to invite everyone to come out and hear from our Republican town and city council candidates as they kick off their campaigns. Breakfast at 8:30 and the meeting begins at 9:00 AM. Everyone is welcome. Men, women, boys, and girls.

October 16th – First day of early voting
October 29th – Last day to request an absentee ballot
October 29th – Executive Committee Meeting (moved up from 11/5) 7 pm
November 1st – Last day of early voting

November 7th  – General Meeting 7 pm
December 2nd  – Filling begins for 2020 Primary
December 3rd  – Executive Committee Meeting 7 pm
December 5th – Holiday Celebration (location, times, and speaker lineup to be announced)
December 20th – Last day of filing for 2020 races

The National Convention will need some 8000 volunteers to make the event successful. Would you like to volunteer? Go to www.charlottein2020.com and click on "Volunteer."

Vendors for RNC 2020
If your business would like to participate in the Republican National Convention please fill out the Charlotte Host Committee's interest form. Go to www.charlottein2020.com and click on "Vendor Signup."

Cabarrus County Republican Party Committees
Party committees have been reorganized. We currently need and welcome volunteers to work on Events, Programs and Precinct Development! We will contact those who indicate willingness to help make the Cabarrus County Republican Party vibrant, informative and fun as we strive to get Republicans elected.
