BI-PARTISAN “TRUSTED ELECTIONS” TOUR COMING TO CONCORD
The Trusted Elections Town Hall aims to provide information on the electoral process, build trust in our voting system, and strengthen civil discourse.
The 60-minute bipartisan town hall will feature county election directors and board members from both sides of the aisle. They will address public concerns about electronic voting machines and AI, explain the secure process for collecting and counting votes, and outline the checks and balances in our NC system that ensure election integrity.
The Cabarrus County stop in this town hall series will take place in Concord on August 31, from 6:00-7:00pm at the Cabarrus EMS Headquarters on Cabarrus Avenue West.
The Town Hall will feature several notable panelists, including:
• Carol Soles, Director of Elections for Cabarrus County
• Jay White (R), Cabarrus County Board of Elections Chairman
• Martin Ericson (D), Cabarrus County Board of Elections Member
